As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop, monitor, and support the assigned Client in alignment with the strategy of the represented Brands. and Categories, with a specific direct responsibility on brick channel’s negotiations. 
  • Act for the client as the go-to point for your assigned Brand/ Category.
  • Co-Create a consumer centric annual business plan, considering levers of growth to achieve brand’s results (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and the profitability of Brands within the account.
  • Participate in the negotiations with retailers/clients on key launches, space, location and stock, ensuring execution and constantly monitoring developments of the brand at a category level.
  • Establish and develop partnerships and strong relationships with the trade marketing, representing all the Brand & Categories on the assigned client.
  • Define Brand development plans (new door openings, new brands launches), as well as Promo KPIs on the assigned client.
  • Co-implement the trade activities and follow up the return-on investment of actions and animations, to facilitate the development of the account.
  • Manage stock agreements with trade partners. Monitor contracts/invoice associated with the brand.

Orchestrate all account stakeholders, coordinating as well internal departments on retailer/client activity (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising, legal department). Work closely with other account managers and retail teams.

 

PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

-2-3 years’ experience in a sales/commercial job

-Successfully managed negotiation with client

-Retailers’ business model knowledge

-Financial skills: P&L Management, ability to deal with data

-Commercial acumen

-Marketing / Trade Marketing experience could be a plus
