Talent Acquisition Senior Recruiter

Key Job Accountabilities / 主要職務 

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will lead Nihon L’Oréal's recruitment activities and contribute to global/regional/local HR projects, to attract and hire the best and most diversified talent for the present and the future, to Create the Beauty that Moves the World. 

 
<Job Scope>
 
Immediate Coverage will be Campus Activities, with mid/long term expansion or switch to Experienced Hiring Activities, and beyond Talent Acquisition, depending on candidate’s experience and career aspiration. 
 
All of initiatives relating to Management Trainee Recruitment (New Grad's Recruiting)
 
Employer Branding Activities, including annual Country Manager Event with Students, and global/regional/local employer branding initiative
 
Global Business Contest (https://brandstorm.loreal.com/en)
 
L’Oréal’s Global Program for Youth Employment (https://www.loreal.com/en/articles/commitments/loreal-for-youth-program/)
 
Global/local projects: (ie Digital Assessment Tracking System projects, Gen AI project, Candidate Experience Project, Interviewer Trainings)
 
Others, (i.e Internship, Other TA Initiatives, etc.)


<Key Responsibility>
 
Your key responsibilities will include the following: 
 
"Attract, recruit and retain the best candidates in the market, in line with L’Oréal's values and ethics"
 
Strategy Building
            
Participate to build, coordinate, and execute the recruitment strategy according to the areas of priority, keeping in mind the Global priorities and local relevancy
 
 Attract
            
Participate to build, coordinate, and execute local Employer Brand strategy and represent the company at events linked to recruitment.
 
 Recruit
            
Develop and ensure optimal selection process with high-quality candidate experience.
 
 Retain
            
Monitor pre-joiners closely, and ensure joining.
 
 Budget Management
            
Manage parts of activity budget
 
 Projects
            
Participate to build, coordinate, and execute Global/Regional/Local talent acquisition initiative
            
Contribute to general HR projects beyond talent acquisition
 
 Team Collaboration
            
Work within Team (1 team assistant. * note that team composition may change)
            
Collaborate with Hiring departments, HRBP, ZONE TA and Global TA 
            
Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers 
 

Must Have Aspects / 必須項目 


 Fluent written and spoken Japanese  
 
 Advanced level English 
 
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications 
 
 Minimum 4 years of Human Resource experience (in-house)
 
 Effective communication skills 
 
 Experience & Openmind for Digital (to lead DX + good understanding of target audience Gen Z)
 
 Keen interest in Branding (events, narratives, building image among target audience)
 
 Ability to navigate an ambiguous, complex, and fast-paced work environment with autonomy


Preferred Qualifications



 Experience of Campus Recruitment (in-house), working with ATS
 
We will hire based on potential (Some aspects could be insufficient, if we see potential to develop). Job title/grade will be discussion in this case.
