Key Job Accountabilities 

Help Retail Marketing Manager to define retail promotional offer strategy (retail hallmarks, flagship, podium etc.) by analyzing past experiences, market review and consulting stakeholders, and increasing both desirability and cost efficiency;
Help build promotional offer calendar with a consumer-centric perspective capturing pic sell-out moments in alignment with zones and key markets, by building close relationship with them;
Participate to the storytelling and trend-seeking of retail hallmarks (animations) to embark & engage in a consumer-centric approach, yet contributing to the business and fully consistent with brand image & positioning;
Develop consumer-centric retail hallmark concept capturing the business potential of main retail moments of the market, while supporting the growth of our iconic pillars and reinforcing the brand uniqueness & DNA.
Develop promotional products and items (limited editions / sets /GWP/ wrapping etc.) within Drive timing and development process in close collaboration with involved departments (Zone, DMI, countries, purchasing, vendors etc.);
Develop O&O full marketing mix (big idea, social assets, EC kit, Retail design, retail education etc.) within Drive timing and process in close collaboration with involved departments (Zone, DMI, countries, purchasing, vendors etc.);
Help pilot A/P budget (development costs / value analysis & profitability etc.).
Market analysis, business monitoring with zone, launch feedback & field research (report, analysis etc.).

Must Have Aspects   
"Metier" (専門分野) expertise (skincare and make-up, fragrances…)
Understanding of brand equity and sensitivity for products
Good knowledge of market and retail environment
More than 5 yrs. experience in product or retail marketing
Passion for makeup, creative sense, sensitivity for art, design and colors
Persuasive presentation, excellent communication, and interpersonal & networking skills
English must have, ideally Chinese / Japanese speaker
PC & Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Qualification 
Ideally cosmetics, fashion or FMCG background with retail marketing experience
