Key Job Accountabilities
   
To develop innovative products, renovate pillars-product for the international brand panier to    
ensure continued worldwide growth for the brand   
   
・Collect, compare and synthesize international market data relevant to their category (consumer, markets,    
competition, country, digital…), generate insights and suggest actions based on findings   
・Develop new, different, better concepts consistent with the brand's sense of purpose   
・Orchestrate the product development process including monitoring the departments involved    
・Write marketing mix recommendations (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) for product launches or  renovations   
・Assist in the development of creative material in line with the brand's integrated-communication platform   
・Write country implementation kits providing advice and recommendations on the marketing mix   
・Exchange constantly with the zones and strategic countries for their category, provide them with support   
・Effectively prepare clear messages to present to senior management   
   
Must Have Aspects
   
・Product sensitivity with passion for product and its details   
・Logical and analytical thinker with business mind   
・Proactiveness    
・Clear and persuasive communication skill   
・English at advanced - fluent level 
   
Preferred Qualification
  
・Cosmetics or fashion, marketing-related background   
・Marketing experience more than 3 years   
・If not, then someone who has a very strong sense or interest of brand, products, textures or    
fragrance, creation, and art so on   
・Strong interest in cosmetic beauty business
