Key Job Accountabilities 
To define the local brand strategy in the local market in line with the international brand positioning;
contribute to growth by driving new product launches and pillar products
・Implement new product launches and to maintain growth of pillar products
・Manage product portfolio to contribute to the brand business and development
・Contribute to local adaptation of advertisement and analyze media recommendation
・Propose, implement and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital /Ebiz/Retail/Medical) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
・Develop in-depth understanding of consumer insights
・Monitor local trends and feedback findings to regional or and global teams
・Manage the budget and the financial implications of forecasts
・Interact effectively with other departments and teams to support marketing strategies and objectives
・Guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand - Translate the brand’s sense of purpose into product management
Must Have Aspects 
・Marketing experience at least more than 3 years
 If not, then someone who has a very strong sense or interest of product marketing
・Product knowledge and brand business know-how
・Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment
・Research and market data analysis
・English
・Ideally experience in skin care metirer
Preferred Qualification
・FMCG or cosmetic industry background
・Financial knowledge (P&L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)
・Advertising and media planning knowledge
