Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
To strengthen our HR capability to better support our business and employee by optimizing our HR operation processes through implemention of new HRIS system
Act as a liaison with global and regional project team
Monitor the local planning and project progress of new HRIS system implementation
Optimize HR operation process and data management flow in alignment with global framework
Plan and roll-out change management activities for new HR operations process with key stakeholders
Identify, escalate and build action plans upon the risks and issues during the project
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops and relevant activities for the project
Must Have Aspects 必須項目
At least 5-7 experience in in-house HR functions or HR consulting
Excellent project management skill especially in HRIS projects (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday)
Strong team player to support members and drive positive work environment
Communication skill in English at business level
Preferred Qualification 希望項目
Experience in working at intenrational environment
Ideally cosmetics or retail business background
