The role:

This role will take the ownership of the business analysis of SPACE in Asia Pacific and supported by a team of business analyst contractors who works with our business team to drive process improvement efforts, and implement end-to-end digitalization of core CRM processes. This role will be responsible to understand the CRM processes in legacy CRM tool and help to design the CRM processes in SPACE Program. This role will need to work closely with internal business partners to understand the CRM operation processes in each countries. This role will also bring value to the team with deep understanding of CRM processes to assist the team in project management and process re-engineering.

This is a role which requires someone to have strong business sense on consumer centricity with an entrepreneurial mindset when facing vulnerable, uncertain, complex & ambiguous situation.

For a start, this role will be responsible for the SPACE program business requirement gathering and gap analysis of legacy vs next gen tools across Japan, Korea, Hong Kong & Taiwan, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) activities of SPACE Program roll out.

This role is based in Shanghai and reports to the IT CRM Product Manager for SPACE Program.

-          Lead the team of contractor business analyst for SPACE program where he/she will ensure the next gen tool will be able to cover all functional requirement from the legacy tool.

-          In charge of the documentation for SPACE program by reviewing and documenting documentation provided by the vendor & contract Business Analyst for business requirement, user acceptance criteria

-          Optimize the CRM process for SPACE Program by working with our business team on process re-engineering.

-          Assist the Product Manager for SPACE by conducting user research, identifying business needs defining solution scope, and developing business case and detailed requrement specifications.

-          Coordinate with technical team & vendor to fulfill the requirement

-          Work with business team to conduct User Acceptance Testing

Profile & Position Requirements:

Required credentials:

         Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in the role of a regional business analyst.

         Ability to navigate in very complex matricial and multi-country environment

         Expert knowledge in CRM processes and systems

         Good knowledge of marketing domain processes for Retail or Consumer Goods industry

         Diligent & detail oriented individuals with ability to understand customer needs and business priorities

         Process oriented who can perform problem solving using strong analytical skills.

         Strong and proactive communication and facilitation skills in English and experiences in partnering with business users, vendors, and other IT team members.

         Good working attitude and strong ownership.

         Agile project management experience is a plus

         Digital, and/or eCommerce related experience is a plus

         Cosmetics industry experience is a plus
