3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP and the Hiring Manager! 

A Day In The Life:

As a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:

• Strategic Partnership to develop a comprehensive understanding of the strategic priorities, market dynamics, and operational processes within Consumer Products Division (CPD) and the Professional Products Division (PPD).  
• Relationship Management to build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the divisions, acting as a dedicated point of contact and advisor for all IT-related matters.
• Demand Management to proactively identify and analyze technology needs, translating business requirements into clearly defined IT solutions and service demands. 
• Value Realization to monitor the performance and impact of implemented technology solutions, tracking key metrics and reporting on their contribution to business outcomes. 
• Innovation & Technology Roadmap to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to the consumer goods industry, particularly within the Consumer Products and Professional Products sectors. 
• Communication & Change Management to act as a communication conduit between business stakeholders and IT, effectively communicating project updates, technology roadmaps, and potential service disruptions. Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth technology adoption and minimize user disruption.

Who You Are:

• Strong understanding of business processes and operations within the consumer goods industry, ideally with experience in both Consumer Products and Professional Products divisions.
• Experience managing complex IT projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an IT Business Relationship Manager or a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record of partnering with business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
