Asan HR Intern, you will be a highly motivatedindividual who is responsible for supporting therecruitment strategy focusing on the day-to-day and strategicrecruitment goals of the company.  


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

-       Diagnose individuals’, teams’ and organization’s short and medium-term needs

-       Design innovative learning solutions and programs

-       Adapt & roll-out international learning programs to local market needs and context

-       Deliver & facilitate learning events & workshops guaranteeing a unique learning experience

-       Measure the learning impact for continuous improvement

-       Identify, recruit, develop and reward internal speakers / trainers  

-       Manage partnerships with external partners and consultants and animate this network

-       Use data and metrics to drive learning activities and influence business stakeholders accordingly 

-       Monitor the budget allocated and optimize learning investments efficiency

-       Advise line manager and HR Managers on appropriate development levers linked to development needs or carrier plan

-       Design and follow-up of short and mid-term development plans

-       Promote learning activity and contribution to business, internally and externally


REQUIREMENTS:

·  BSc /MSc in Human Resources Management or similar field.

· Previous experience in HR anadvantage.

· Ability to be a teamplayer, being supportive, action-oriented, problem-solvingand entrepreneurial.

· Ability to meetmultiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic workenvironment with different priorities.

· Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

· Learning agility andcreative thinking, being reliable, trustworthy and transparent.

· Good level MicrosoftOffice skills (PPT; Excel; Word, Outlook). 

· Fluent in Italian and English.

· Eligible to work in Italy/EU without sponsorship
