As Head of Digital Services, Assets and SCommerce you will:

  • Drive digital transformation and ecommerce growth through holistic consumer engagement via technology.
  • Own and drive social commerce agenda.
  • Strategize with multi divisional approach.
  • Introduce new models e.g. affiliate 3rd party , D2C, Private community, conversation.
  • Drive new platforms, formats and social sellers (Influencers, MU artists, Bas, Stylists/B2B, Experts/KOL, Pharmacists).
  • Partner with eKAMs to implement and develop digital services within top clients.
  • Boost social media marketing and social commerce.
  • Maintain and transform the systems and other digital assets.
  • Manage the CRM Platform with focus on optimization, effective and seamless usage.

You’re the perfect match if you:

  • Are technology and digital savvy.
  • Have min 5 years experience; ideally in various digital/ecommerce, new technologies, AR as a must, IT fields.
  • Have strong analytical skills.
  • Have in depth understanding of web design and web analytics, web technologies, performance fine tuning techniques and architectures.
  • Have working knowledge of digital marketing and user experience that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth.
  • Are able to compile and analyze search data and metrics, to perform CTR and conversion.
  • Are able to specify technical changes to Digital IT teams.
  • Have ability to evaluate new solutions and upgrades of existing technology.
  • Have ability to strategize digital transformation, drive the change toward consumer centricity, lead toward data driven organization. At the same time hands on and operational.
  • Have proven ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, plus the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships, act as a strategic business partner and leads with strong agile project management skills.
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate and influence decision making with all levels in the organization (business, executive, technical).
  • Demonstrate passion for innovation and emerging digital technologies and ability to drive innovation.

The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of the recruitment process in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the General Regulation on Personal Data of 27 April 2016, (hereinafter GDPR). Data processing to a wider extent than resulting from the provisions of labour law, for the purposes of the future recruitment processes will be carry out on the basis of the given consent with accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
