- 10+ years of overall IT experience; and at least 5 years of experience focused on IT endpoint devices (PCs/Macs/Mobile devices/etc.).
- Demonstrable experience with endpoint architecture in an enterprise setting.
- English communication skills; both written and verbal (global position).
- Demonstrable experience working on a global, multicultural setting.
- Advanced understanding of automated deployment services and provisioning processes, utilizing Modern Endpoint Management solutions.
- Demonstrable experience in system build creation, endpoint management including application remediation, packaging, and distribution.
- Demonstrable experience with components involved in enterprise service delivery such as servers, networking and other related cloud technologies.
- Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft technologies (MECM, Intune, etc.).
- Demonstrable experience working with hardware integration (OEM).
- Demonstrable experience working in an environment undergoing an Agile Transformation.
- Demonstrable experience working with ITIL methodology.
- Demonstrable experience working in an environment focused on purposeful frameworks such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
In this role, this could be your next day-to-day:
The Global Endpoint Architect role is to define, design, and implement a modern endpoint management strategy at global scale throughout the Loreal environment. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, performing options analysis, ensuring quality/alignment of designs, and you will demonstrate and apply knowledge of enterprise endpoint architecture and standards. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of the organization's technology endpoint architecture, practices and the components required to support endpoints.
The Endpoint Architect will be a part of a global, high-performance team focused on providing the best possible user experience in a secure, reliable, and performant way.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement a worldwide endpoint strategy to deliver a secure, performant, highly scalable and reliableendpoint environment.
- Manage and oversee on premise and cloud solutions to build, deploy, manage, and influence processes to optimize endpoint related IT technology.
- Establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise.
- Deliver lifecycle management solutions which apply to a wide range of devices.
- Develop testing scenarios and procedures to ensure the environment remains stable and performant.
- Research new technologies for improving the capabilities of endpoint devices.
- Interface with Business Stakeholders and other IT perimeters on all applicable projects.
- Provide 3rd level support on all existing endpoint related perimeters.
- Build out technical documentation for the implementation and interactions of integrated solutions.
- Deliver presentations on technical solutions.
- Collect meaningful metrics and build reports to quantify the effectiveness of proposed strategies.
- Develop solutions to enhance endpoint monitoring and proactively remediate any issues that impacting end user experience, security and productivity.
- Continuously improve the user experience by finding opportunities to evolve processes & services with emphasis on quality,performance, security and stability.
