BPM is L’Oréal’s new holistic Business Planning Management system, used for all customers and all brands across all divisions.

This cloud-based solution is being built at a global level, streamlining our processes across the group for end-to-end business planning, across multiple functions (Commercial, Business Planning, Finance, Credit, Supply Chain).

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of the BPM solution by steering, the build, the run, and the deployment streams. You will leverage your deep understanding of Anaplan's capabilities and features to gather requirements, define product vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. 

YOU WILL.... 

-    Define the product vision by prioritizing the needs coming from different countries.

-    Lead the development team towards achieving the defined vision.

-    Translate business needs into Anaplan functionalities.

-    Manage the Scrum Master to ensure the right application of the agile methodology.

-    Ensure the consistency of the tool design.

-    Gather user feedback and conduct regular retrospectives to drive iterative enhancements of performance.

-    Perform continuous knowledge transfer to zone leads to ensure the right spread of information.

-    Oversee the deployment by country and ensure the local teams apply the best practices for successful rollouts.

-    Manage the run for Live countries by guiding the support team to the right solutions.

-    Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, business users, and technical teams.

YOU ARE .... 

-    A Planning Expert: You have strong experience on Business Planning solutions, ideally on Anaplan

-    A Project management master. You’re comfortable managing complex project team dynamics, dealing with ambiguity and delivering on time.

-    A brilliant Communicator. You are able to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders including end users, Anaplan model builders, zone teams as well as management committee members.

-    A Problem Solver: An excellent problem solver who can investigate an issue, find the cause, and advise on necessary corrections 

-    An organizational guru. Managing different parallel streams between build, run and deployment with strong commitment on timeline.

YOU HAVE... 

-    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and make informed decisions based on business value and technical feasibility.

-    Deep understanding of Anaplan's features, capabilities, and modeling concepts, including experience in building and maintaining Anaplan models.
