L’Oreal is currently recruiting for a Finance Excellence Lead with well rounded knowledge and experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies and Change Management and to execute our Delivery Excellence program, within our Warsaw Business Services Center (BSC).

On the role, you will be responsible for:

  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Lead and support various improvement projects and initiatives
    • Identify wastes and pain-points in accounting processes using Lean tools and methods
    • Organize and support workshops to identify root causes of the problem and create an action plan to implement the solution
    • Document all project phases and present the findings / results to the Senior Leadership
    • Support Continuous Improvement culture within the organization
  • Change Management:
    • Contact and built strong relationships with key stakeholders (CFO, Purchasing Directors, Accounts Payable and General Ledger teams) to oversee the entire Finance Master Data and ensure all changes are implemented in a timely manner
    • Monitor local Master Data procedures to align with global target processes
    • Manage and support Operational documentation
    • Ensure the legal requirements and service quality are respected
    • Control segregation of duties to avoid operational risks

You’re the perfect match if you have:

  • Minimum of 2-4+ years total post-graduate work experience with time spent in accounting processes, using Lean tools to improve the processes (SAP experience will be an asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the capability to structure the logical and straightforward presentation flow are key requirements
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills to thoughtfully build and present projects and changes (VBA knowledge will be an asset)
  • Understanding the drivers of value, including the ability to size and prioritize improvement initiatives (Robotic Process Automation experience will be an asset)
  • Highly motivated and self-organized person
  • English – fluent spoken and written
