Execute the ecommerce strategy of the brand in order to increase the brand's online sales by defining and achieving the brand's business objectives and growth in the market, in line with the brand's identity.

𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲

 Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within ecommerce brands websites and e-retailers ones
 Track and measure Business performance to increase programs ROI
 Manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies
 Create synergies between inside and outside partners in marketing or digital activities.
 Manage, analyze and draw conclusions on specific ecommerce KPIs
 Ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose

 Ensure User Experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding/Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
 Facilitate technology, tools and partners deployment to improve platforms and functionalities
 Provide SEO/SEM and Digital Marketing through innovation and process improvements
 Develop and implement creative solutions to drive growth and convert more visitors

 Actively recruit new email, rich data leads through email acquisition campaign, paid partnerships or personalized diagnostic tools
 Drive sales; ensure profitability and growth towards each audiences
 Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency, conversion, average order size) on all devices (web, mobile...) and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy
