A Day in the Life

As an E-commerce Key Account Manager, reporting to the E-commerce Channel Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key e-commerce partners, managing the entire portfolio of professional products division brands. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth, optimizing the customer experience, and ensuring brand consistency across all online channels. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, tactical execution, and collaborative teamwork, allowing you to make a significant impact on L'Oréal's online presence in the Romanian market.

  • Strategic Partnerships & Growth: You will be the main point of contact in the negotiations of annual agreements with e-commerce partners, developing comprehensive business plans with clear KPIs (sell-out, turnover) and targets aligned with the 3-year strategic plan. You will be responsible for achieving yearly turnover targets for all PPD brands within your assigned accounts.
  • Go-to-Market Execution & Activation: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Digital, Sales) to define and implement effective Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring seamless execution of trade and media plans. This includes managing product listings, activations, and merchandising to optimize sales performance and brand visibility.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: You will leverage sales data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth, optimize website performance, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for managing the media budget within the P&L to ensure profitability.
  • Relationship Management & Collaboration: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Digital) and externally (e-commerce partners), ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all levels.

We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of e-commerce expertise, analytical skills, and relationship management capabilities. You are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving results and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

  • E-commerce Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG, preferably within e-commerce, Key Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Sales.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze sales data, interpret market trends, and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans, setting clear goals and KPIs.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with e-commerce partners to secure favorable agreements.
