What will you do:
- Lead, develop, and implement go-to-market strategy, KPI, and Goals to achieve with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales,…)
- Work closely with marketing and trade marketing to define the consumer experience and e-merchandising
- Develop customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase, so as to activate the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, profit optimization
- Identify new e-commerce trends, trades’ strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for business growth and implement creative action plans to drive and convert more visitors
- Build a good working relationship with trade partners to ensure the assigned brands’ visibility and competitiveness on the platform
- Achieve online sell-in & sell-out excellence by monitoring and enhancing the online sales activity
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners
Who are we looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management; experience in ecommerce is preferred
- Strong sense on retail dynamics
- Analytical and sensitive to numbers; good knowledge of excel
- Excellent coordination and collaborative skills to work with different functional teams
- Motivated and self-driven
- Fluent in English and Chinese
