YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be a part of our L’Oréal Luxury Division and be a driving force in the future of luxury brand Lancôme in L'Oréal. Position of D2C Activation Manager requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:
- Driving online sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
- Managing key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rate and AOV.
- Developing and executing D2C marketing strategies.
- Optimizing the online customer journey and personalizing experiences.
- Analyzing website data and reporting on performance.
- Optimizing the transactional media budget with the agency to reach a feasible ROI.
- Overseeing the P&L for Lancôme's ED2C operations, encompassing REX.
- Driving the achievement of SO targets.
- Ensuring that CR, NPS, and SEO performance align with benchmarks.
- Generating accurate forecasts for online orders.
- Tracking and managing costs related to GWP and product samples.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Has 2 or more years of experience in similar fields
- Maintains a shopper-centric approach
- Is able to develop a promo plan
- Is data driven and has great analytical skills
- Has strong interpersonal and communicational skills
- Understands P&L
- Is agile and demonstrates decisive decision making
- Has knowledge about digital and e-commerce trends (tech trends, search data, conversion, media CTR…)
- Has excellent copywriting skills
- Excels at content strategy and planning
- Has strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Is fluent in English and Croatian language
