THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT YOU

 

  • Establish a personalized relationship with the client in order to optimize the service level.
  • Proactively ensure order processing and follow-up until the delivery.
  • Follow the execution and identify the risks of shortages, and work both internally and with the client in order to limit its impacts.
  • Efficiently answer to the client requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes) 
  • Record, analyze and follow up the dispute situations (complains, returns etc.) in accordance with the Credit Manager/credit team, sales, controlling teams and physical distribution. 
  • Return process management.
  • Enforce the credit policy and the application of our sales terms and conditions. 
  • Stay in touch with the Credit Manager/team in order to identify any credit risks and to implement adapted corrective actions. 
  • Proactively communicate in case of problems and implement adapted corrective actions.
  • Achieve budgeted indicators.
  • Train new team members and transfer the knowledge and know-how of the job. 
  • Provide technical and process support to team members on any ad-hoc complex scenarios.
  • Participating in the implementation of internal L’Oreal projects or collaborative projects with the clients (ex: EDI information sharing, stock levels optimizations, SAP and efficiency related projects etc.)

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Intermediary Excel knowledge (or above)
  • Good command of English language
  • Details orientation
  • Customer Care experience
  • Good communication skills 
  • Nice to have: Previous SAP experience
