THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT YOU

Order processing (both in SAP and local commercial tool)
Record and follow up the dispute’s situations (complaints, deductions, returns etc.)
Efficiently answer to the commercial team requirements (shortages, delivery status, disputes)
Sending PDF invoices to customers or commercial representatives by e-mail
Maintain a good collaboration with commercial and physical distribution

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in any kind of Customer Service area represents an advantage
Strong attention to details in logging, updating, and managing customer requests
Medium to advance on excel
Self-motivated, great communication skills and fast learning
Structured, ambitious, and well organized
