L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division is seeking a highly motivated Content & E-Merchandising Graduate to join our dynamic E-Comm Marketing team.
You will…
- Play a key role in planning and executing exciting cross-brand campaigns, working directly with the e-Event Manager.
- Own the content creation process, from initial concept to delivery and adaptation for our media agency and e-retailer partners.
- Be the point person for gathering input from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on content strategy and featured products.
- Collaborate with our artwork agency to develop visually stunning and effective assets for both media campaigns and e-retailer sites.
- Partner with our e-merchandising team and Online Brand Managers to maintain exceptional e-content quality, including regular product content updates.
- Streamline the media linking process between our campaigns and retailer platforms, working closely with the E-activation Manager and marketing teams.
- Keep a close eye on the competition to inform our strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

Your profile...
- Having a Master’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, E-Business or similar
- You are interested in digital marketing, campaign planning, e-commerce and communication and working in an international organization.
- You are highly organized with the ability to prioritize and adapt within a changing environment. You have a creative and visual flair.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build relationships with all levels of internal stakeholders.
- You are motivated by challenges and have a proactive and open-minded approach to both people and projects.
- You are curious, like to take initiative and take ownership of your projects and are not afraid to ask questions.
- You have Microsoft office experience, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- It is preferred that you have experience with Artwork briefing to Creative Agencies, however not necessary.
- Fluent in English and preferably one Scandinavian language
