Mission of the Community Manager role

In L’Oréal Selective Division we believe, that Influencer Marketing nowadays is a part of bigger Advocacy Ecosystem. In the role of Community Manager your goal will be to offer consumers the best beauty experience and to become their #1 skincare beauty partner. The role involves creation and management of communities of advocates for the Kiehl’s and Biotherm Brands to create meaningful conversations with consumers regarding our products & cooperation with internal and external stakeholders – Brand Manager, Activation Manager, Online Brand Manager, CRM Manager, Retail Manager as well as  Corporate Advocacy team.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Define and enhance the Brand Social presence
  • Keep up to date on social media trends and best practices
  • Create and increase conversations on all owned and earned social media channels 
  • Setup community management goals and KPIs and provide brands with regular follow up
  • Develop “always on” activation plan to promote the generation of User Generated Content & engagement of the community
  • Upskill targeted communities & encourage the development of their content
  • Support brands’ influencers management & reassure seeding process efficiency 

 

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position – track record as a successful Community Expert or similar Advocacy related role
  • Innovation & performance marketing mindset to turn advocacy into a meaningful source of growth for Kiehl’s and Biotherm Brands
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Entrepreneurial & solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Excellent communication and networking skills 
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • You live and breathe social media trends and always know the next big thing
