Commercial Coordinator – High Street  


We're looking for a highly motivated Commercial Coordinator to join one the biggest beauty UK retailer team! This fast-paced role requires a collaborative and problem-solver to manage sales analysis, coordinate with internal departments, and provide key administrative support. A DAY IN THE LIFE 


  • In-store operational excellence: compile and complete promo and load up nominations, own the re-merch critical path. This requires a lot of collaboration and coordination with many stakeholders from merch to supply to ecomm team. It also require high attention to details. 
  • Reporting & analysis: key lead of reporting sales data, analyzing competitors and conducting reviews to guide decisions on unlocking the greatest return 
  • Building relationships, with relevant contacts with our retailer and optimizing comms with the field teams 
  • Processes: Take on ad hoc and exciting projects to either simply processes or unlock opportunities 
  • Online: operational excellence: Work with the internal and external teams to ensure products set up on retailer website on time with have accurate and optimised product pages 
  • Manage the administrative end  


WHO YOU ARE 


  • Great organisational skill and a key eye for detail
  • The ideal candidate would also have the ability to identify opportunities and collaborate across the business to build plans to unlock them
  • A problem solver who isn’t phased when challenges arise
  • Excellent prioritisation skills; you’re able to meet tight deadlines, while achieving results 
  • Experience managing high levels of complexity in a fast paced environment 
  • Fully proficient with Excel, and have experience using it for high levels of administrational duties 
  • Comfortable with numbers, and capable of analysing sales and customer data
  • Experience communicating, ideally directly with external customer 
  • Excellent presentation skills; you’re able to deliver / cascade key messages to multiple peer groups and varying levels of seniority
