A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a CPFR Analyst, you will ensure L'Oréal products are on the client's shelves when the consumers need them, doing so in the most effective and cost efficient manner. You will establish a personalized and strong relationship with clients as well as our internal teams.
You will be the focal point of collaboration for forecasting, order management, promo management, planogram in/out and fines management.
As they say, no two days are the same! You will take the lead on :
- Monitoring and analyze critical KPI’s that drive inventory performance : In-stocks, fill rate, on-time delivery and forecast variances
- Leading meetings/calls with clients to review future promotional schedules, inventory strategies, upcoming planogram changes, current issues, and other initiatives that drive process efficiencies
- Collaborating with internal teams on sharing customer insights on processes and inventory trends to help achieve forecast accuracies and sales targets
- Working closely with customer care teams for order processing and follow-up until the delivery
- Initiating projects that drive process efficiencies.
Our CPFR Analyst must have strong communication skills (both verbally and written) with the ability to influence clients through sound decisions and be able to create and drive solutions for the customer. The CPFR Analyst must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial and be able to independently drive organizational directives. Excellent organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to react positively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment are required.
The position is located in Toronto.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in business (supply chain or other) or Engineering;
- 3 to 5 years of supply chain experience;
- Previous experience in a CPFR (or similar) role;
- Customer Focus;
- Problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills;
- Experience with Wal-Mart, Shoppers or Loblaws is a plus;
- Bilingual (English AND French)
