KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 

To support our salons development activities in a sustainable way, acting as a «SALON EDUCATION CONSULTANT ». -Help our salons develop their business by providing a customized professional development program, and relevant training - Develop customized coaching programs for salons – within an assigned territory by collaborating with LOREAL PROFESSIONNEL business consultant. The territory will cover the greater Toronto area

Elaborates service & retail education plans aligned with business priorities 
Cooperates with 360° internal & external stakeholders guarantying a consistent customer experience 
Pilots & monitors Retail Education's Efficiency DESIGNS, TRANSMITS & EMPOWER 
Designs appropriate learning solutions for Customer Experience 
Delivers & transmits Education Contents 
Provides personalized follow-up & coaching

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Active Cosmetology License
3 Years hairstyling salon experience
Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written 
Ability to travel and work weekend when required
