As part of the IT EMEA BRM community, our BRM Supply Chain is responsible for engaging Business and IT leaders at the divisions' Product Affairs and for the Market Affairs of the EMEA Zone, in order to define requirements and priorities within the respective functional areas and ensure alignment with business vision and key strategies. We are a team of 18 BRMs (15 in Local and 3 in Zone) very passionate and dynamic people.

We can summarize your missions in 3 main objectives:

  • To steer the demand management process between Business and IT in QCT (Quality Cost Time),
  • To hold frequent reporting and governance meetings with all Business Stakeholders,
  • To support the IT agile transformation by leading the stream of the Business Ownership on the demands.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have significant experience:

  • In relationship management in order to decode and influence your environment by listening actively to your partners/clients, to understand the business requirements, qualify them properly and transform them in relevant business expression need,
  • In acting as a proactive business partner by promoting alternative options/solutions to match your client needs,
  • In acting with strong transversal management skills by handling efficient interactions with both internal and external contributors to win support.

And finally, you may not be an expert with all requirements listed below, however, you must show curiosity in acquiring new knowledge on current IT solutions (the 5 SAP ECC platforms of Western Europe).
