The L’Oréal Global Supply Chain recruits a Business Intelligence Team Lead for its team based in Clichy, France.

Your mission

The Business Intelligence solution is a key asset to drive and pilot both operational and strategic S&OP activities. By supporting and enhancing the “myBI” reporting solution, the BI Team Lead is enabling S&OP community to develop their reports in a relevant and reliable environment, unlocking crucial decision-making capabilities.
To achieve this goal, she/he will be fully responsible of the solution support and its long-term consistency in the context of the Neo project.

Your key responsibilities

The BI Team lead is the group referent for myBI solution business usage.
She/he ensures the business support, the training and guarantee the sustainability of the reporting solution over the time.

With the objective of:

- Ensuring the incident resolution in coordination with IT team
- Proposing enhancement in case of gap to cover business needs
- Providing training to the user community

The BI team lead also:
- Coordinate a team of experts and organize their activities.
- Work in collaboration with NEO to lead myBI remediation.

Your profile

- Consolidated experience in Supply Chain Planning (+ 5 years)
- An experience in S&OP department or Performance team is highly recommended
- A first experience in management is appreciated
