As Brand Manager you will:

·       Ensure brand management, long-term strategy and planning aligned with the brand vision for Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

·       Collect and analyze consumer, competition and market data in order to create recommendations.

·       Build brand equity projects and corresponding strategy for products.

·       Implement new launches strategy, maintaining growth in pillar products and animating core catalog (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging brand experiences; both online and offline.

·       Prepare & execute promotional plan.

·       Monitor the local adaptation of communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale).

·       Forecast new launches, including current retail forecasts for products.

·       Analyze performance, monitor ROI and work closely with finance on the profitability of the brand.

·       Manage brand budget.

·       Make recommendations to management on the category based on one’s expertise of the consumer, market and competitors.

·       Cooperate with influencers to ensure powerful brand advocacy strategy & activation.

·       Foster collaboration within the Brand Business Team, other departments, agencies and global teams in order to build a leading business strategy.

You’re the perfect match if you:

  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience as Marketing Professional within competitive, dynamic industries, where power brands are part of your everyday work.
  • Have passion towards new tools and are always eager to put them in use.
  • Have proven experience in Brand/Product/Category management (preferably FMCG).
  • Translate trends and consumer knowledge into meaningful insights.
  • Think brand strategy.
  • Make data driven decisions and have strong analytical mindset.
  • Are agile and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Have strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.
  • Have great communication skills – ease in establishing network and building long term relations with customers.
  • Are a team player.
  • Have great knowledge of beauty industry landscape and trends.
  • Have the sense of beauty and creativity.
  • Are fluent in English.
  • Have  practical experience of MS Office use.
  • Are social media savvy.
