Overview:

The Assistant Manager will be the internal support to the Customer Marketing and Account Leads. Key internally facing figure in supporting the Account Leads on display execution, DPM maintenance and accuracy, owner of ongoing display / program from inception to completion, with support of retailer product needs. The position has the opportunity to expand into additional projects once established in the role.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • DPM / Display Execution
  • Primary focus is to manage Account specific display promotions from inception to fruition.
  • Customer Marketer to own display vision, structure and mix.
  • Asst Manager to ensure program is routed timely and intervene if needed
  • Ensure program quantities / mix are up to date and finalized
  • Work closely with Sales Ops of display timeline and needs
  • Initiates setting up and flawless execution of all non-top account programs; ensuring orders are in house and to the requested quantity.

 

  • Ongoing program / display management
    • Owner of cross-functional meeting 1x month
    • Support in developing, submitting, executing, maintaining, and analyzing monthly display program
    • Ensure all programs are listed, quantities are accurate and within the required timeline for execution
    • Regularly communicates with cross-functional teams on program status, issues and/or completion

 

  • Support Product Retailer needs
    • Order forecasted product needs through SHOP (online ordering system)
    • Maintain core product closed and manage shipments as needed
    • Ensure timely routing and release of all SHOP orders
    • Provide timely communication and update to all pertinent parties 
    • Work closely with the Customer Service team on product shortages and/ or delivery issues.

 

Education/Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Consumer Products background with minimum 3 years of experience
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
