What You Will Do:

This role will support the Kiehl’s core business and franchises such as Ultra Facial Cream, Avocado Eye, Midnight Recovery, haircare, and body care.

Market review:

• Competition analysis – panels, reviews, price ladders, claims
• Consumer insights : research on social media, U&A, qualitative and quantitative tests.
• Trends : social listening, CMI
• Innovations and pillars resupport:
• Conceptualization for Innovation and pillar resupport campaign
• Dimensioning of new projects
• Brief formula to Product development and follow up
• Brief packaging to Operations and follow up
• Follow up Artworks renovation and innovation
• Help put together the brief for advertising agency and 360 activation
• Follow up timelines 360 campaigns
• Market Launch performance analysis
• Preparation deck for management & market reviews
• Adhoc market requests

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Undergrad degree
• 1-3 Years of Experience
• MS Office

Salary Range: $81,300-$113,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
