You
Will
- Take responsibility for monitoring the implementation of retail development projects, capitalize on feedback and share good, Retail Policies & Commercial Contracts practice. (RSM, 7 Step Selling, SRA, Retail Playbook, LUXE transaction policy, Contracts etc.)
- Develop, standardize and implement effective retail & BA Operation process:Temp BA Expert : BA Pre-recruiting Team, retail outlets and shared BAs Temp BA Request Online etc.
- Work closely with HPBP on retail BA population (recruiting, onboarding and retention plans). Monitor BA turnover rate: (New LUXE BA Induction Program, BA & CM Mentoring program)
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Having knowledge and/or experience in basic Omni-Channels & Omni BA Operation
- Good interpersonal skills, people management
- Systematic and result oriented
- Quick learning in technical and digital tool
- Good in Ms Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
