Job Summary
The Assistant Manager- Consumer Engagement will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with relevant editors, influencers, and press contacts in skincare and beauty. This role involves proactive identification, outreach, relationship building, and contributing to the growth and effectiveness of our mailer program. This role will also directly support the coordination and needs of our PR agency, our community mgmt. agency, and our paid influencer agency. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple projects and balancing priorities effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of the social media landscape, strong communication skills, and a passion for skincare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Relationship Management:
- Identify and research potential influencer partners aligned with Youth To The People's brand values and target audience within the beauty and lifestyle space.
- Conduct proactive outreach and build authentic relationships with key influencers across various social media platforms.
- Maintain regular communication with roster of approximately 500 influencers, fostering a sense of community and partnership.
- Paid Creator Campaign Support:
- Assist with the coordination and execution of paid influencer campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and influencer agency to ensure campaign alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Pull together social listening insights, reporting, and suggestions to improve and grow our paid campaigns.
- Mailer Program Development:
- Support the building of mailer lists and seeding lists to support A&I initiatives.
- Manage the mailer inventory and track shipments.
- Gather feedback from influencers on mailed products and incorporate it into future program iterations.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media conversations and identify opportunities to engage with influencers and the wider beauty community.
- Respond to influencer inquiries and provide support.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to influencer engagement and campaign performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or community management.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Passion for skincare and the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.

Salary Range: $77,400- $110,300
