? Overall brand DOUYIN store management, accountable for all commercial and operational KPIs for respective stores and work externally with partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the result.
? Accountable to drive the key account relationship with DOUYIN category team, collaborate with DOUYIN for resource booking for seasonal product stories, platform priorities, and consumer moments.
? Lead both DOUYIN and TMALL flagship store livestreaming, maximize conversion and GMV.
? Work closely with internal teams (i.e. brand, supply chain)to align DOUYIN channel marketplace and strategy about mega campaign and Hero novelty SKU project.
