l Overall brand DOUYIN store management, accountable for all commercial and operational KPIs for respective stores and work externally with partners and internal stakeholders to deliver the result.
l Accountable to drive the key account relationship with DOUYIN category team, collaborate with DOUYIN for resource booking for seasonal product stories, platform priorities, and consumer moments.
l Lead both DOUYIN store livestreaming, maximize conversion and GMV.
l Work closely with internal teams (i.e. brand, supply chain)to align DOUYIN channel marketplace and strategy about mega campaign and Hero novelty SKU project.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years in digital, e-commerce site & e-commerce solution
provider working experience is mandatory
• Experience in luxury and prestige industry related brand is a plus
• Strong customer focus and knowledge in e-commerce business
• Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese, written and oral
• Bachelor’s degree above in relevant major.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic
environment
• Preferred to be creative with entrepreneurship spirit and team leader
experience.
