Reporting directly to the BBL, and functionally to the PPD Communication & Advocacy Mgr, the B2C Advocacy & Influence Management will be responsible for developing the brand's social strategy in order to contribute to strengthening the brand's positioning in terms of reach, engagement and consumer trust.

Advocacy & Influence Management is responsible for the consistency of the Advocacy activation plan versus the Brand Media Plan.

 

Key Activities and Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing top ambassadors: support the PPD Communication & Advocacy Mgr in

- the identification of brand Ambassadors and top influencers, in accordance with the brand strategy and in compliance with the Division plan

- the development and implementation of digital activations of brand Ambassadors and brand influencers in full compliance with the assigned budget.

- Analysis & Reporting: monitoring of KPIs and analysis of digital advocacy results for reference brands and the hair category and sharing with internal stakeholders (brand, committee, area)

- the development of the entire pyramid of digital influencers & content creators for the relevant brands


Creation and management of MICRO COMMUNITIES

- Identification of local communities, scouting and activation of MICRO and NANO influencers, relevant to the brands in question

- Creation of strategies that help the development of UGC

- Managing the relationship with the Influencers agency. 

- Collaboration with OBM on UGC proposal to push in media for activation of boosted contents

 

Trends & Insights

- Social listening: monitoring and listening to the network of brands and the hair category in general.

- Analysing and monitoring the competition to actively nurture the marketing strategies of reference brands.

- Creation and sharing of best practices with internal and external stakeholders

 

Commerce Partnerships 

- Support to the eKAM/Emerch team for the development of social commerce/beauty player multidiv activations, value match control under the supervision of the PPD Communication & Advocacy Mgr.
