A Day in the Life

As Advocacy & Influencer Manager, you will report to the Digital Manager of the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division (LDB) and be a key player in shaping the communication strategy for our multi-brand portfolio in Romania. You'll work closely with a dynamic team of specialists, collaborating across brands and departments to ensure consistent messaging and maximize impact. 

Social media & Consumer Care Strategies:

  • Strategizes local communication O+O and builds a coordinated vision for each brand and overall division.
  • Builds and supervises implementation of our social media & consumer care strategies. Ensures synergies and consistency across brands, working closely with social media & Advocacy Specialists.
  • Monitors competitors’ communication and initiatives & proposes fresh ideas to put our brands into the spotlight. 
  • Defines KPIs, implements & uses reporting tools (dashboards) to monitor campaigns’ performances (Traackr, MIM, Netbase, DOMO etc.) 

Advocacy strategies & Projects: (non-professional & professional influencers such as dermatologists, pharmacists, general practitioners):

 

  • Builds the advocacy strategy to impersonate the division (B2B, B2B2C).
  • Manages transversal PR & e-PR communication in close collaboration with the Medical, Training, Marketing & Digital teams.
  • Defines transversal strategy & negotiation.
  • Defines and pilots the influencer squad collaboration for the division and the brands.
  • Owns PR relationships with third parties (influencers, publications etc.) acting as the voice of the division and the brands.
  • Coordinates cross-brand events: PR events, PR launches, launches shootings.
  • Keeps up with the digital trends and finds relevant collaboration opportunities. 
  • Defines KPIs, implements & uses reporting tools (dashboards) to monitor campaigns’ performances (Traackr, MIM, Netbase etc.).


We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position within a large consumer product brand.
  • Experience in marketing, digital marketing, PR (online, TV, press, outdoor), influencers management or social media management.
  • Achieves results with integrity and ability to manage complexity.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience.
  • Entrepreneurial approach & solution-oriented person.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.
  • Good presentation & negotiation skills.
