The M&A team in New York focuses on new acquisition and investment opportunities within North America.
What You Will Do:
As a key player in the M&A team, you will drive acquisition and investment opportunities through due diligence and execution, partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions to bring projects to successful conclusion.
Key responsibilities will include:
•Pilot acquisition and minority investment projects
•Prepare non-binding offers (review of Business Plans, DCFs and valuation multiples)
•Coordinate internal due diligence as a whole, including legal, tax, operations, IT, HR, R&D, and conduct financial due diligence in particular in conjunction with external advisors
•Assist in the preparation of management reports summarizing diligence findings
•Carry out the structuring of the operation, in conjunction with the tax and legal departments
•Deal with the financial, economic and operational aspects of the acquisition/investment contract
•Manage the closing
•Coordinate integration and post-acquisition monitoring
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
•10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 6 years’ experience in the M&A group at an investment bank, professional services firm, or a corporate strategic
•Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
•Strong attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in the consumer goods sector a strong plus
•CPA or CFA designation a plus

Salary Range: $153,000 - $213,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
