L'Oréal, a global beauty-tech leader, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Supply & Demand Planner to join our dynamic operation team in Luxe division. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of our prestigious luxury products to consumers worldwide.


Your role

As a Supply & Demand Planner, you will be instrumental in managing the supply chain for our exclusive luxury brands YSL & Prada for CZ/HU/SK. 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Optimize stock levels in line with country objectives, proactively addressing obsoletes and slow-moving items.
  • Develop and implement action plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet market demands effectively.
  • Determine and refine stock and supply parameters, balancing service levels, costs, and global stock targets.
  • Oversee the replenishment process, anticipating potential shortages and communicating priorities clearly to factories and local teams.
  • Partner effectively with Czech and French teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the supply chain.
  • Continuously analyze and improve supply chain processes and information systems to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Leverage data from various systems to conduct insightful analyses and inform critical decision-making.


Your profile

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, planning, or an analytical role, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Strong analytical abilities and business acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills, enabling effective teamwork and cross-functional partnerships.
