YOUR ROLE: A Key Player in Luxury Beauty Supply Chain

As a Supply/Demand Planner, you will be instrumental in managing the supply chain for our exclusive luxury brands. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels in line with country objectives, proactively addressing obsoletes and slow-moving items.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement action plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet market demands effectively.
• Parameter Optimization: Determine and refine stock and supply parameters, balancing service levels, costs, and global stock targets.
• Replenishment Management: Oversee the replenishment process, anticipating potential shortages and communicating priorities clearly to factories and local teams.
• Global Collaboration: Partner effectively with Czech and French teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the supply chain.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve supply chain processes and information systems to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Data Analysis: Leverage data from various systems to conduct insightful analyses and inform critical decision-making.

YOUR PROFILE: A Blend of Expertise and Drive

•  A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, planning, or an analytical role, demonstrating a successful track record.
•  Strong analytical abilities and business acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
