Role Responsibilities

Client Contact on behalf of L’Oréal Operations

  • Representing L’Oréal TRAP to negotiate with client on Operations-related topic, including but not limited to shipment arrangement, incoterm, supply / forecast
  • Partner with Commercial team on discussion with clients on various topics
  • Facilitate data / information sharing with clients
  • Collaborative projects with clients (joint forecast / order proposal / EDI, etc)

 

Stock In Trade Tracking

  • SIT Data consolidation and verification
  • Analysis of SIT health, propose actions to deal with over / under stock
  • Anticipation of OOS / Return
  • Planning knowledge would be a plus

 

Operations Support

  • Coordinate among Operations teams to support special business needs, e.g. regulatory issues, shipping calendar adjustment
  • Support Customer Care team on any shipment issue (customs block / return / special document request, etc)
  • SAP order-to-cash knowledge would be a plus
  • Knowledge in international shipping or China customs would be a plus
