SEEDZ  Marketing & Scientific career Management TRAINEE


Kickstart your 12-month cross-divisional journey with L'Oréal's SEEDZ Management Trainee Program!

We are seeking a driven individual to bridge the gap between science and marketing, with focus on digital and advocacy areas. This role involves two key rotations: initially focusing on strong claims development within the Scientific & Regulatory Affairs department based on scientific data, then market activation with the LDB Marketing team (CeraVe and La Roche-Posay).

 

You will be instrumental in translating complex scientific data into compelling marketing messages, ensuring successful campaign, upholding scientific integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Scientific Claims Development (Scientific & Regulatory Team Rotation):

    Claims Research & Development & Compliance: Analuze global guidelines to develop bold, yet compliant, product claims for new campaigns

    Brand Partnership: Partner with CeraVe and La Roche-Posay brands to create impactful and regulatory-compliant claims.

    Regulatory & Internal Guidance: Contribute to preliminary internal guidelines for marketing communications and ensure stakeholder alignment.

    Operational Excellence: Support ongoing projects related to claims validation and development.

II. New Product Marketing & Launch Support (Marketing Rotation):

    Scientific-to-Marketing Translation: Transform complex scientific information into clear, compliant, and impactful marketing messages.

    Communication & Claims Strategy: Co-create communication and claims strategies for B2B and B2C, developing unique value propositions and key marketing messages.

    Advocacy Strategy: Support preparation and execution of ongoing Advocacy strategies aligned with consumer data and product claims.

    Digital Amplification: Support the implementation of next-generation digital tools, including GEO and Search, to optimize content performance across platforms and enhance digital reach.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with medical, sales and business development teams to ensure coherent brand communication.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy etc) with a strong interest in marketing or a Marketing degree with scientific attitude.

    Acumen: Understanding of scientific and/or marketing principles and ability to interpret complex data, especially relevant to new communication

    Communication: Exceptional ability to translate scientific information into clear, compelling language for diverse audiences, placing consumers in the center

    Analytical & Strategic: Strong analytical skills, capable of market research and developing strategic marketing insights.

    Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships across various internal and external stakeholders (influencers)

    Market & Consumer Focus: Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends within the beauty/wellness industry.

    Proactive & Collaborative: Self-starter who works well independently and in cross-functional teams.

    Language: Fluent in English.
