A Day in the Life

As the Medical Business Development Manager/Director for our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division in Seoul, you will be a key leader driving our medical strategy and business growth. You will spearhead the development and execution of our multichannel engagement strategy for healthcare professionals, ensuring our brands maintain a leading position in the dermatological field.

  • Lead Multichannel Strategy: You will design and implement a comprehensive on- and off-line strategy to effectively engage with healthcare professionals, mapping their decision-making process to enhance brand image and recommendations.
  • Drive Digital Innovation & Operations: You will lead the development and management of the division's digital medical tools, including websites, e-detailing, and CRM platforms, ensuring seamless integration and adoption by the field teams.
  • Achieve Commercial Excellence: By defining and monitoring key performance indicators, you will analyze channel performance to optimize ROI and drive business growth through increased prescriptions and recommendations.
  • Develop and Integrate Teams: You will foster strong collaboration between medical, sales, marketing, and digital teams, leading and training them to effectively utilize new tools and strategies while ensuring compliance with all ethical standards.

 

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a visionary leader with a strong blend of strategic thinking and commercial acumen. You are skilled at navigating the complex medical landscape and have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business goals. Your key attributes include:

  • A highly experienced professional with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical or dermatological industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing multichannel or digital strategies targeting healthcare professionals.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English.
