-    Orchestrate the launches and build sustainable growth of pillar products.
-    Combine consumer and market insights, data analysis, as well as competitor study to come up winning product strategies to management.
-    Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences 
-    Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale) 
-    Co-work with cross-function (EC, sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy
-    Make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.) 
-    Manage marketing budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy 
-    Meeting preparation for management, cross function



- 2-3 years' experience in Product Marketing in beauty industry or FMCG
- Strong communication skills
- Good teaming   
- Innovative
