<Job Scope>

  • Develop and execute a scalable, data-driven influencer marketing strategy for total division to maximize efficiency and ROI
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with a diverse network of influencers and KOL agencies to build a strong talent pool for various campaign needs
  • Establish comprehensive local influencer marketing guidelines, toolkits, and SOP to ensure consistent and effective execution 
  • Design and manage an influencer database and campaign tracking mechanisms to monitor performance and provide regular performance report
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and business development teams to seamlessly integrate influencer marketing plans into the one division marketing strategy.
  • Continuously monitor local influencer trends, competitor activities, and proactively refine our influencer engagement models to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage TTL CPD official LINE account, focusing on delivering engaging user experience to foster customer loyalty and increase retention.

<Requirement >

  • 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience in digital, social media, content creation, or influencer marketing; familiarity with beauty/ FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan’s influencer ecosystem and collaboration mechanics.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Great data-driven mindset and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
