The Head of Retail has the primary responsibility to drive retail performance within their designated market. They execute Aesop's business plan through a united cross-functional collaboration, and continuously seek out and implement initiatives that deliver on or exceed goals & targets. They build and develop their team, nurturing a culture of high performance and productivity.

Key Skills:

- Experience in multi-site management

- Proven ability to drive performance through analysis, action, and leadership

- Track record of strong cross-functional relationship management

- Background in coaching for performance is a plus

- Demonstrated ability to lead discussions that center on performance improvement

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to problem solve and make decisions within business boundaries

- Proven strength in strategic thinking and planning

- Excellent commercial acumen
