WHAT YOU’LL DO
•Achieve joint KPIs from customer perspective (Service Level, OSA/ISA , Stock in Trade)
•Ensure KPI alignment with customers
•Follow & Update promo & launch plans per customer / Product
•Monitor product supply risks and notify customer of potential issues to take necessary actions
•Identify risks/opportunities towards healthy level of stock-in-trade (SIT) to business division, and propose areas for optimization
• Follow up & publish Customer Dashboard
•Maximize product availability on shelf (OSA) and lead investigations of OSA gap
•Follow execution, identify risks of shortages, and work in collaboration with customers & supply chain teams to limit impacts
•Guarantee the quality of sales forecast from customers and product level for sell-in and sell-out
•Liaise with buyers and retailer Supply Chain as 1st point of contact; as well as the L’Oréal Key Account Management (KAM), Demand Planners, Supply Planners, and Customer Services team
•Manage Customer collaborative forecasting Projects with full collaboration of internal Supply Chain & Commercial teams
•Build and maintain open and full collaborative relationship with all stakeholders
•Ensure alignment of processes between customers & business division
•Animate regular supply chain meetings with customers (weekly / monthly)
•Organize and manage 30/60/90 collaborative Sales forecast and quarterly review meetings
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related area
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Consumer-centric point of view
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
