Being a Digital Manager you will:
- demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the local landscape, encompassing media, influencer marketing and eCommerce,
- act as a digital and eCommerce media advocate, employing a customer – centric approach to media planning and focusing on enhancing e – marketing capabilities,
- collaborate with partners to co – develop and facilitate the implementation of a robust digital strategy, encompassing paid, owned and earned media,
- take ownership of coordinating the eCommerce activation roadmap, meticulously aligning it with categories, brands, customers and channels,
- formulate and execute a data – driven eCommerce activation strategy, ensuring the creation of top – notch eCommerce content in collaboration with key stakeholders, while also managing rating and reviews sourcing,
- strategically plan and oversee performance driven eCommerce media activities including retail media and performance – based models such as CPS (Cost Per Sale) and CPL (Cost Per Lead),
- devise and manage lead acquisition campaigns to support the 1p data of L’Oreal Luxe,
- oversee the eCommerce content creation process by actively collaborating with the agency to develop best – in – class content for eCommerce purposes

- You excel in communication, both written and verbal, and have a talent for presenting ideas and strategies in a visually impactful manner.
You have:
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with expertise in digital media and eCommerce, along with a solid understanding of other digital landscape touchpoints.
- Previous experience working on the agency side (although not mandatory) is preferred.
- Proven track record in successfully managing projects and/or teams / agencies.
- Proficiency in both Polish and English languages at a minimum C1 level.
- Strong dedication and unwavering commitment to challenging the status quo, driving innovation, and effecting positive change.
