Are you a dynamic individual that is passionate about driving business planning excellence and cross-functional collaboration? We are seeking a Business Planning Manager to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in aligning strategy, forecasting, and commercial operations to achieve outstanding business results.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promotion Planning: Develop and manage promotion quantities and plans, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Launch Planning: Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders to execute successful product launches, with accountability for launch pipe sizing and seamless cross-functional coordination.
  • Forecast Construction: Lead and embed robust business planning processes, guaranteeing a customer-centric and data-driven commercial forecast.
  • Risk & Opportunities Identification: Proactively identify strategic risks and opportunities, leveraging commercial forecasts to enrich the planning cycle and ensure consistency with business trends and gap analyses.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across KAMs, Supply, Finance, and other teams to drive optimized sales planning and business alignment (The Way We Plan).
  • Forecast Accuracy: Ensure promo and unit forecasts are accurate and up-to-date, consolidating promo plans and supporting O+O commercial processes.
  • Customer Centricity: Serve as a critical stakeholder in delivering best-in-class forecast accuracy and bias reduction at the customer level.


YOU HAVE...

  • Min. 5 years of experience in business planning, RGM, commercial forecasting, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate risks and identify growth opportunities.

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Customer-centric mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
