A Day in the Life You will report into the Head of Key Accounts and accelerate online sales, market share and profitability across indirect ecommerce partners. This role combines strategic planning, commercial negotiation and hands-on activation to scale L’Oréal Luxe across pure players and e‑Retailers.
- Partnership & Commercial Leadership: Build and nurture retailer relationships; negotiate terms, promotions and joint-business plans to deliver budgeted sales and market share.
- Channel Strategy & Planning: Own channel forecasting and 1–3 year strategies; define commercial roadmaps, trade & promotional calendars and retailer P&L priorities.
- Digital Activation & Digital Shelf Excellence: Collaborate with Marketing to design O+O campaigns, roll-out eServices and Beauty Techs; manage digital shelf (stock, content integrity, search & R&R) and traffic-driving initiatives.
- Performance, Insights & People: Monitor KPIs, analyse performance and tell the story with data to influence stakeholders; lead, coach and develop account management talent.
We Are Looking For You are a strategic, results-driven commercial leader who can scale ecommerce partnerships and inspire teams:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing or related field
- E‑commerce Strategy & Channel Development
- Key Account Management (Pure Players & e‑Retailers)
- Digital Trade Marketing & O+O Activation
- Data Analysis & KPI Reporting; Negotiation & Partnership Management
