As the Senior eCommerce Acceleration Manager at L’Oréal Luxe you will play a crucial role in driving our online sales and brand presence on pure players and e-Retailer sites. You will be responsible for overseeing direct management of Pure Player Accounts and driving strategic online growth across all retailer channels (with support of key account managers). You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, managing key accounts and for driving market share, accelerating sales growth and profitability of indirect ecommerce players.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partnership: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key account management, ecommerce and marketing teams.
  • Negotiate and manage all aspects of our partnership with retailers, including terms, promotions, and marketing opportunities.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Create and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth on retailer platforms. Deliver targeted business results including budgeted sales and market share.
  • Channel Strategy and Business Planning: Oversee forecasting for channel plus 1-3 year strategies. Lead the strategic direction, joint-business planning, commercial and relationship management with Indirect eCommerce partners. Strategize and develop Marketing, Media and Trade/Promotional plans to deliver sustainable growth on all online channels.
  • Marketing collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute specific marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Accelerate eComm traffic: Drive the implementation and traffic driving strategies across L’Oreal Luxe brands with development of new O+O projects and roll-out of eServices and Beauty Techs.
  • Optimise Digital Shelf: Managing the L'Oréal Luxe Digital Shelf, monitor key KPIS (Stock availability, Integrity, Search, R&R) and optimization.
  • Sales and KPI analysis: Review reporting and data to assess performance, identify trends, and uncover insights. Identify data gaps and work with partners to help improve decision-making and recommendations.
  • Influencing: Story telling with data to influence key stakeholders and drive key business outcomes and objectives.
  • People Management: Lead, coach and develop key talent in Pure Players account management team.


ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in key account management, ecommerce, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of pure players and e-Retailers, trends, policies and dynamics
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using tools such as Excel
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales and ecommerce strategies.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
