A Day In The Life:
As the SG&A Controller Analyst for the LATAM Zone, you’ll report directly to the Zone Cost Controlling Manager and work closely with the Operations, HR, and Finance teams across LATAM. You’ll play a key role in planning, monitoring, and controlling operational expenses for the region.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Budget Planning & Management: Develop annual budgets and trends for LATAM Operations and present them for approval.
- Expense Monitoring: Track monthly expenses versus budget/trends, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
- Efficiency & Risk Management: Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, assess risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Collaboration: Partner with Operations, HR, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial planning and reporting.
We Are Looking For
- Core Skills: Financial Analysis, Budget Management, Attention to Detail, Adapted Communication, and Autonomy.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, databases, charts) and familiarity with SAP (desirable).
- Languages: Native Spanish and Intermediate/Advanced English.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
